Do I need to pay for Tax?
The Shipping fee is compulsory for all orders, while VAT Tax is only required for some countries. All fees can be checked on the Checkout page before you place the order.
Note: You are charged for VAT Tax, it is not imported Tax
So this is what you pay for an order: Your total payment = product price + shipping fee + tax (if any)
1. Why do some orders include tax?
Whether you will be charged with customs and taxes or not depends on your shipping address because Tax and Customs fees are regulated by destination countries.
- Regarding Tax: prices displayed on our website have not yet included taxes, but you will be informed of the exact tax rate during your checkout before you complete the order. Currently, European shipping addresses and Canada may have VAT tax added in the receipt during checkout. It has been regulated that all sales transactions of goods or services that are not part of the other levels will be applied to the standard VAT tax of 20%. For AU country, you will be charged a 10% GST tax rate, applied for all products on our website.

- Regarding Customs fee: This fee is only applied in certain countries. We cannot include it when you check out as it is managed and charged by the Customs at entry into your country. Your country's Customs department will inform you if there is a charge.

2. Will I have to pay other fees?
Some countries may require an imported fee, customs fees, or handling fees once you get the package from the delivery service. It does not happen for all. However, it depends on the regulations of your country and it is out of our control. Moreover, these fees will be charged by your government.
