If one side of your ornament is covered in blue, it means there is still a blue scratch-resistant layer attached to the ornament to protect the back of the items from being scraped or scratched during delivery. 

The real printing has been protected under that cover. Simply peel it off and your ornament is good to use: 

Acrylic products from our Gossby store such as acrylic ornaments, acrylic keychains, and acrylic plaques... are typically covered with protective paper (or film, cover, foil) to prevent them from scratches, fingerprints, dust, and damage during transportation. This film may appear transparent, blue, white, or yellow-brown which can be challenging to identify with the naked eye.

To see clearly the print and use the item, you must remove this protective film and your item will appear much clearer and pristine once the film is removed.
