If you receive your Acrylic Plaque/ Ornament and notice that the design appears to be printed incorrectly with names or images backward, don't worry, it's not a printing error, but actually our special printing method for these acrylic products. 

We use professional UV printing techniques to create long-lasting keepsakes. The artwork is printed on one side using high-quality color printing to ensure that the print will not fade or be damaged over time. So, if you turn the acrylic over, you will see your design printed perfectly on the other side.

In addition, please first ensure you remove the cover from the correct side of the acrylic plaque. You can refer to our guide on how to remove the transparent cover in the article below:

Note: Only use plain water or acrylic cleaner on the acrylic; never use harsh cleaners. The specific acrylic cleaner is not obligatory, but it is beneficial if the item is handled frequently.
