You will receive a partial or full refund, basing on your item's issue. The refund amount will be reflected on your payment account within 3-7 business days with PayPal and 8 -15 business days with Credit Card, depending on the process of your bank.  


- Refunds can be submitted within 30 days after receiving your order for most items.

- Refunds will be transferred back to your bank account which was used to place your order.

What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?

In case you have not received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly contact us so we could check if your refund amount has been processed accurately. If the refund has been transferred successfully to your bank, we will send you the refund invoice via email as proof. In this case, we suggest contacting your bank to recheck the refunded transaction.
