A. Adding products to your existing order

Once your order has been placed on our system, it is not able to add other items or change the product type/size of the item on your order due to the functional limitation of our system.

In this situation, we recommend placing a second order if you forgot to add the items. Refer this article for more information about how to cancel your order.

B. Removing products from your existing order

In case you accidentally added an item that you don't need it anymore in your order, we can help you to remove it if your order has not been processed.

If your order is in the process stage, unfortunately, we cannot do anything with your order. In this event, we recommend contacting our customer care team as they will be able to guide you towards the best solution.
