For example, if you received the broken item, please include a photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item when mailing us, which could be very useful for us to verify your issue more quickly. 


If you agree with the estimated delivery time, we will proceed with the replacement for you. There is no need to return the defective ones. 


Kindly be noted that the processing time for personalized items takes 5 to 7 business days. The estimated shipping time is 8-12 business days for the United States and 15-20 business days for EU/ Canada/ AU; and 20- 25 business days for other countries.
