How long it takes?
After Gossby agent confirmed that the refund has been done, the refund amount will be reflected on your payment account within 3-7 business days with PayPal and 8 -15 business days with your Credit Card, depending on the process of your bank.
If you agree with the estimated delivery time, we will proceed with the replacement for you right away.
Kindly be noted that the processing time for personalized items takes 5 to 7 business days. The estimated shipping time is 8-12 business days for the United States and 15-20 business days for EU/ Canada/ AU; and 20- 25 business days for other countries.
What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?
In case you have not received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly contact us so we could check if your refund amount has been processed accurately. If the refund has been transferred successfully to your bank, we will send you the refund invoice via email as proof.
In case Gossby Finance team provides you the invoice and confirms that refund has been sent successfully, you should your bank to recheck the refunded transaction.
Note: Returning old items is not required in any case.
