1. Is Tax added to all orders? No, it depends on the shipping location. In other words, whether you be charged or not will depend on where the shipping address is.  Currently, the VAT Tax is applied to some of European countries and Canada. 2. What is the VAT rate applicable in my country? We don't have a fixed Tax rate for all orders. The standard VAT rate in the EU is in the range of 17 – 27%.

All payments that are transacted with Gossby will be scanned through the Fraud Detection system.  If the system report it was fraudulent activity, we will send you an email with the title Gossby - TRANSACTION ALERT as below to verify your identity and we have not charged your order yet.  We do understand that you are hesitant to entrust your data with us, however, this verification step lets us know that you own the card and helps protect you from fraud.

We set your privacy and security as the highest priority. To prevent scams or frauds, Gossby only captures a payment once receiving permission from card owners and also uses an internal Fraud Detection system to review a payment. Any payment that is suspected as Fraud will be temporarily paused to get more verification from the card owner.
