Sometimes, your order will be canceled if your payment is suspected as a Fraud by our system and we don't have your verification in 7 days after that. Of course, we will not charge any bill from your account or credit card in this case.

Can I reorder if my previous one is canceled?

Yes, of course. If your order is canceled by our system, you can reorder a new one with the same design. Details can be found in this article.
