Can I add or remove products from my order?
A. Adding products to your existing order
Once your order has been placed on our system, it is not able to add other items or change the product type/size of the item on your order due to the functional limitation of our system.
In this situation, we recommend placing a second order. If you have any concerns or difficulty relating to this order, please do not hesitate to let us know!
B. Removing products from your existing order
In case you accidentally added an item that you don't need anymore in your order.
- If your order has not been processed yet, just chat with us and we can help you to remove the item you want and give you a partial refund of approximately the value of it.
- Unfortunately, if your order is in the processing stage, we cannot do anything with your order. In this event, we also recommend chatting with us as we will be able to guide you towards the best solution.
