Can I make changes to my design after placing the order?
Yes, you can edit your design by choosing another hairstyle, hair color, drink, people, quotes, and so on. However, choosing a different product type, product color or size is not possible.
Here are some ways to edit your design. Please note that the time frame allowed to edit your design is 2 hours after placing your order.
1. Within the first 2 hours of placing the order
- Go to the Track Order page and fill in your email address and order ID.
- Click the "Track Order" button, and an Order Detail page will appear (as shown in the below picture).
- On the Order Detail page, click the "Edit Design" button to edit your design.
Then, there will be a box popping up where you can choose other design options to edit your design. After refilling the options, click "Update Design" and that's all!
2. After 2 hours of placing the order
Once the 2-hour window has passed, unfortunately, you won't be able to change the design on your own. However, our Customer Support team is always ready to assist you. Simply click on the chat bubble at the bottom of the website to reach out to us.
We have both agents and chatbots that can collect your requests and update the design for you. However, if your order has been processed, we won't be able to change it for you. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can help.
