Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
After placing an order, if you find out that you entered the wrong address, please follow the instructions below
1. Within the first 2 hours after placing the order
From Track order page, fill in your email address & order ID. By clicking Track order button, an Order detail page will show up. From this page, click on the "Edit Order" button to edit the shipping address by yourself.

There is a box popping up where you can edit your detailed shipping address and billing address as below. Please ensure that your address is completed with the correct information with the aim of your package can be delivered successfully:
After that, click on the Save button at the end. Now you're good to go!
2. After 2 hours of placing the order
After 2 hours of placing an order, you can no longer change the shipping address on your end. Please by call or click on the chat bubble at the bottom and our Customer Support team will assist you then. Gossby has both agents and chatbots that can collect your requests and update them for you.
Make sure to contact us as soon as you can as we try to process all orders as soon as possible for fast delivery
3. Our system can also detect the error in your shipping address
(ex: wrong zip code)
In this case, our system will automatically detect the error right after you purchase. We will temporarily hold your order and send you an email to verify the shipping address as below:
If you receive the email above, please follow the instruction on the email to provide us with the address information so we can process your order soon.
