Can I add or remove an item to my order after placing it?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong number of items, this instruction is about how to make adjustments to your existing order.  

1. Adding products to your existing order

Once your order has been placed on our system, it is not available to add other items or change the product type/size of the item on your order due to the functional limitation of our system. 

In this situation, we recommend that you place a second order. If you have any concerns or difficulties relating to this order, please do not hesitate to contact us!

B. Removing products from your existing order

In case you accidentally added an item that you don't need anymore in your order. 

  • Please contact us within the first 6 hours after placing the order so we can help you remove the item you want by giving you a partial refund of the item value.
Please keep in mind that we will start processing the orders after 6 hours upon placing.
  • Unfortunately, if your order is in the processing stage, the adjustment is not available. In this event, we also recommend chatting with us as we will be able to guide you towards the best solution.
