Can I add or remove an item from my order after placing it?
If you need to make adjustments to your existing order, please follow these instructions:
1. Adding an item to your existing order
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you cannot add other items or change the product type/size/color due to the functional limitation of our system. We suggest that you place another order instead. Feel free to contact us to get a discount code for your next order.
2. Removing an item from your existing order
If you accidentally added an item that you no longer need and wish to remove, please contact us within the first 2 hours after placing the order. We will assist you to remove the item and issue a refund.
If it passed the 2-hour window, you can still reach out to our support and we will check to see if your request is possible. Please note that any requests after this time frame are not guaranteed.
